Speaker Commitment

As a TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit speaker, I agree to:

Professionalism

• Conduct myself with integrity and professionalism.

• Treat fellow speakers, attendees, and organizers with respect.

• Represent the TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit in a positive manner.

Participation

I agree to:

• Attend all three required Speaker Success Journey Touchpoints or will review all recording sessions.

• Complete all requested assignments before each meeting.

• Communicate promptly if an emergency prevents my participation.

Presentation Standards

I agree that my presentation will:

• Align with the summit theme.

• Be encouraging and empowering.

• Provide value to attendees.

• Include practical takeaways.

• Stay within my assigned presentation time.

• Reflect professionalism and authenticity.

Time Commitment

I understand my presentation time is what I sign up for, and I understand that remaining within my assigned time demonstrates professionalism and respect for the event schedule.

Promotion

I agree to actively support the success of the summit by:

• Sharing promotional materials provided by TS Leadership Empowerment.

• Inviting my community to attend.

• Promoting my participation on social media.

• Encouraging others to register.

Technology

I agree to:

• Use a reliable internet connection.

• Test my camera and microphone before the summit.

• Participate in the technology check prior to the event.

• Join the virtual meeting on time.

Presentation Ownership

I understand that:

• My presentation is my original work.

• I have permission to use any images, videos, music, or copyrighted materials included.

• I am responsible for the accuracy of my content.

Speaker Coaching

I understand that optional Coaching 101 sessions are available for speakers seeking additional support before the summit.

• 30-minute coaching sessions

• $25 per session

• Scheduled separately

Participation is optional.

Code of Conduct

The TSLE Speakers Summit is committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and professional environment.

Speakers agree to:

• Encourage fellow speakers.

• Build others up.

• Respect differing viewpoints.

• Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
