The TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit exists to empower speakers to use their voices with confidence, purpose, and excellence while creating transformational experiences for audiences around the world.
As a TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit speaker, I agree to:
Conduct myself with integrity and professionalism.
Treat fellow speakers, attendees, and organizers with respect.
Represent the TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit in a positive manner.
I agree to:
Attend all three required Speaker Success Journey Touchpoints or will review all recording sessions.
Complete all requested assignments before each meeting.
Communicate promptly if an emergency prevents my participation.
I agree that my presentation will:
Align with the summit theme.
Be encouraging and empowering.
Provide value to attendees.
Include practical takeaways.
Stay within my assigned presentation time.
Reflect professionalism and authenticity.
I understand my presentation time is what I sign up for, and I understand that remaining within my assigned time demonstrates professionalism and respect for the event schedule.
I agree to actively support the success of the summit by:
Sharing promotional materials provided by TS Leadership Empowerment.
Inviting my community to attend.
Promoting my participation on social media.
Encouraging others to register.
I agree to:
Use a reliable internet connection.
Test my camera and microphone before the summit.
Participate in the technology check prior to the event.
Join the virtual meeting on time.
I understand that:
My presentation is my original work.
I have permission to use any images, videos, music, or copyrighted materials included.
I am responsible for the accuracy of my content.
I understand that the TS Leadership Empowerment Speakers Summit may record presentations for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
I grant TS Leadership Empowerment permission to:
Record my presentation.
Photograph my presentation.
Use approved images and video clips for future marketing and promotional materials.
I understand that optional Coaching 101 sessions are available for speakers seeking additional support before the summit.

I understand that my speaker investment secures my presentation opportunity and preparation resources. Because planning and speaker development begin immediately after acceptance, speaker investments are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent participation, I understand my request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
